Positive: The location was ok. Close to metro station. Kind of halfway the city centre and beach.
Negative: The description of the place which from the photos seems like a mini village is completely unreal, furthermore services are listed which in fact are not there. The swimming pool does not exist, the room is located in a private home in a slightly out of the way area but with a nearby metro station. Supermarket nearby but of little use because it is not possible to use a kettle or a microwave which are found everywhere... you can only put drinks and cold foods in the fridge. The tiny room in the attic has air conditioning and Wifi, the linen were clean but the mattress is too soft, not really confortable. The only view offered is that from the small Velux and you can simply see the outside... There is a balcony but it is not accessible. Sore points: the small room does not it has a key to lock it from the outside and if there are other guests nearby, as happened then, privacy is not guaranteed; the bathroom that I had expressly requested as private, I discovered was being used by another guest, even after I complained to the owner. The price is actually modest, but it is suggested not to boast about non-guaranteed services.
