Perfect for families with kids/teens, who will love the property's meandering stream and their sleeping quarters in the upstairs queen loft or downstairs bunk room. Enjoy ATV and hiking trails, biking, canoeing, kayaking, boating, and excellent fishing.

Main floor: Large loft living/dining room open to kitchen, with fireplace, picture windows, walkout to large BBQ deck. 1-queen bedroom (sleeps 2), 2-queen bedroom (sleeps 4), bathroom with two sinks, shower. Note: bench seating for dining table, perfect for kids.
Upper loft: two queen beds (sleeps 4)
Lower floor: Large living/games room, indoor spa, walkout to outdoor, covered hot tub, bunk room (sleeps 4) bathroom with shower/bath.
Fenced in backyard for your dogs or younger kids.

We provide all equipment needed for cooking/baking, selected spices, salt and pepper, cleaning supplies, paper towels (1 roll), kitchen and hand towels, toilet paper (3 rolls in each bathroom), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, hand soap, and propane for the BBQ.
We provide comforters and pillows. Guests must bring sheets and bath towels or ask us to order through our supplier for a fee, $25/person for flat and fitted sheets, pillow case, and bath towel).
The guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage with the exception of the storage closets.

This cottage does NOT have central AC. We have a portable unit only on the main floor that helps to take the edge off in the living room.
To complete your booking we will need a signed rental agreement, $1000 refundable deposit and 2 pieces of I’d that match the credit card and reservation name
Must be 25 years old to book and the majority of your group needs to be over the age of 25.
We allow up to 2 dogs with prior permission. A pet fee applies to each dog. No Cats or other animals allowed.
If there will be more people than the original booking, you must let us know and there is a extra guest fee of $50 per person per night.
Zero tolerance for excessive partying (we do not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties). Noise by laws start at 10:30pm. Outdoor activities should be brought inside.
No fireworks allowed. A fine of $500 will be applied if caught lighting fireworks.
