Positive: Lovely hotel in Karen, convenient location near Galleria and excellent staff. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a Sykes monkey hanging around!
Negative: They’re still doing some construction and expanding the space, I’m sure it will be even better in the future!
