High on the hill, looking over the trees, to Port Phillip Bay – watch the ships pass through as the sunsets in the west. Views of the Melbourne skyline and You Yangs also compliment this beautiful outlook. Great holiday home to enjoy for all of the family - spread over two levels with bedrooms upstairs and living downstairs.
Downstairs has plenty of room for every member of the family – large lounge and dining area separate for the grown-ups to use, with smart TV and a light and bright family room with split system, smart TV, loads of board games, meals area and kitchen overlooks landscaped gardens and opens out to a covered entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor setting which overlooks the in-ground solar heated salt water swimming pool. A must for every Aussie holiday. Powder room, laundry and study complete this level.
Upstairs consists of five bedrooms, master with ensuite and spa, family bathroom and a large viewing balcony to watch the magnificent sunsets over the bay, with outdoor setting and built in umbrellas.
Ducted heating, WiFi also included.
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Travel south down the Peninsula to Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.
Linen and towels are provided, BYO beach & pool towels.
