This one-bedroom side of our new dapper duplex is perfectly situated in Downtown Pensacola to enjoy a fun-filled Florida vacation. Your unit is completely yours with it's own private entrance. Walk around the corner to Joe Patti’s seafood market for the freshest seafood and other treats, walk 15 mins to the excitement of downtown's restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment and nightlife or enjoy a game at Wahoo Stadium. Walk 20 minutes to the downtown beach shuttles or Drive 20 mins to soak up the sunshine at Pensacola Beach then come home, fire up the grill for a delicious BBQ dinner under the stars! Peaceful, secluded, downtown property with a spacious front yard.
We are located very close to the water, with views from the property of Pensacola Bay and the Cove where commercial fishing vessels come and go. The house was previously owned by a family of shrimp boat captains and 10 children were raised here before becoming a shrimp net factory and now in 2024 renovated into a beautiful duplex.
We have one exterior security camera facing the driveway/front yard only - it has no view of the private patio area.
