Positive: The place is large enough and equipped. It would benefit from a very good cleaning, unfortunately it is not in the best shape, a lot of accumulated dirt in the kitchen - but the bathroom is clean enough. The price is very convenient. The best is the host: she very kind and friendly, both in communication via whatsapp to organize the check in, and during the check in. The location is fine, walking distance from Plaza San Miguel. overall, i recommend the place for a short stay on a budget.
Negative: it needs a deep cleaning, especially the kitchen and the walls.
Summary: convenient price, excellent host, needs some cleaning
