Positive: Host was good with communications. Nice having 2 ensuites and the bathroom as as everyone could have their own space, although the door to the bathroom didn't open all the way so you had to go around it to get in the room. Nice dining area attached to the kitchen and lounge room was nice to relax in. The beds we used were good and linen was nice. Easy access with the key in a lock box.
Negative: Parking was tight for a large car, couldn't open the doors to get out so had to go all the way down to the end. Couldn't find the light switch to turn off the lights in the kitchen cupboard. Also the bin wasn't able to open very well in the cupboard. Found it strange that no tea or coffee was provided as would be normal for a place that cost that per night.
Summary: Nice accommodation for 4 adults (from 3 families).
