From the high vantage point of the neighborhood, Chateau Ridge, you'll see a sweeping view of the lake and beyond. The White House is cozy, clean, and classic with modern farmhouse touches. This home is one of five with access to the seasonal community outdoor pool and playground!
Every detail has been planned and perfected for your stay from the quartz countertops to the brick fireplace. Take a peek through the double-sided gas fireplace shared between the main floor living room and the main floor deck. This is one of our favorite features! Both the living room and deck are outfitted with ample and comfortable seating to enjoy the fireplace inside or out. Curl up in front of the television to binge your favorite show; every room has a smart TV! The beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen is the perfect space to cook up your family favorites, or hit the easy button and just bring in takeout-- Branson's best restaurants are just minutes away! In the main floor master, you'll find a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with warm and simple decor that will make you feel right at home.
Upstairs on your left, you will find a comfortable bedroom with two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom to your right is the bunk room with an ensuite bathroom sporting a twin over full bunk bed and twin bed. On the upper level, you'll also find a stackable washer and dryer right outside of the bunk room.
Mosey on downstairs to discover a spacious patio with some grassy space. Soak in the private hot tub or throw a ringer during Horseshoes. Watch the sunset in the oversized twin daybed swing in the outdoor patio area. The indoor space on the lower level has a small kitchenette, a bar-height table, a shuffleboard, and an entertainment area. Enjoy the 70-inch TV with a plush sectional sofa- the perfect spot to cozy up to watch Hulu, which is provided! Step back in time with the Retrograde-a vintage arcade console with over 100 different games like Pacman-- see if you can beat Dad! Spend quality time playing board games together or curl up with a good book--there are books for all ages! You can even jam out to your favorite tunes with the Alexa sound machines. Downstairs also features two additional master bedrooms with king beds, luxurious linens, and ensuite bathrooms. There is a powder room for people to use while they are downstairs watching a movie or playing games. The basement has a larger laundry area across from the powder room with a side-by-side washer and dryer.
