Summary: Staff was very kind, although seemed a bit overwhelmed. Room was clean, good location, butโ€ฆ.toilet didnโ€™t work properly, and maintenance was not on site and basically useless, thankfully I was able to remedy the situation myself, but it required use to manually open the tank and fiddle with the float/water filling component every time we needed to flush. There was a not so great odor in general throughout the unit, but it is an old building, no TV in the bedroom was a slight bummer, and there was construction going on the the room next door for about the first 2 hours after arrivalโ€ฆ
