Positive: The hotel is new and clean, the location is within the walking distance to city center, but little hard to find. the food in the restaurant is amazing!

Negative: The entrance and set up is little confusing, feels more like staying in a restaurant than hotel, but we got used to it quickly. the signage, orientation and “lobby” set up could be improved i think.
