Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The property is well decorated and has all the appliances you need. It is located in Poipu about 10-15 min walk to a nice beach. The beds are very comfortable.
Negative: The property faces the highway. That was a complete surprise to us as it was not detailed in the booking ad. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours, especially those above the property. A family which has 5 little kids live above the property, so there was significant amount of running and moving furniture starting at 6am every day. Vacasa manages the property and they did a very poor job in the advertising and subsequent fixing the issue. We had to call them every single day for 3 days straight and every time they had no recollection of any issue, so we had to start from scratch every time we called.
