A outstanding NorCo property. You've found an amazing property for your family or your friends. A huge home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Cheerful and bright colors welcome you to the house. Natural light throughout the house to light up your day. Professionally designed furniture outstanding to make it feel welcome and for your enjoyment. The pool in the back yard is awesome. You can enjoy BBQ and relax. It makes a nice outdoor space for relaxing after a day out. This is a really nice house

This home has a 3 Smart TV 65'' and 55", Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Cooking Ware, Plates, Cups & Utensils, Complimentary Washer, Dryer, and detergent is also provided.

―Room #1 (upstairs) : master bedroom with king size bed, TV 65', walk in closet and mater bathroom with tub, shower area
―Room #2 (upstairs): queen bed
―Room #3 (upstairs): queen bed
―Room #4 (upstairs): 2 full beds
―Room #5 (downstairs): day bed and an office and the hall way bathroom next to it

From the 2nd living room, there is a sliding door going to the backyard
PARKING
3 cars garage and a big driveway can park up to 3 cars
- Guest have access to the whole house except the linen closet.
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
- There is a fee to heat up the pool
