House composed on the ground floor of a 36 m² living room (living room, dining room and fitted kitchen), a WC and a master suite (160 cm bed) with shower room.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (a 140 bed for one and 2 90 beds in the other 2), a reading corner and a bathroom with WC.
