Positive: Close to tram-stop (200m) Is over a good quality restaurant Friendly helpful staff

Negative: Some rooms (e.g. #6 are directly over noisy kitchen). This doesn’t bother me, but may be a deal changer for others. Need tea and coffee facilities in rooms.

Summary: Put simply I would happily use this location again.
