Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The host was kind enough. The location is good, just around the corner from the centre. It was pretty quiet. Most roofs are made from metal so if it rains you hear it but that is normal. It's cheap.

Negative: The room was not as described on booking. We had no view as it was only a tiny window that was high up. The shower was not plugged in so there was no hot water only cold. There was no TV. There were also no top sheet so we used our own as the blankets we were given (and only when we asked as it was cold) would just have been directly on us and are difficult to launder. There is a 10pm curfew. You can't use the kitchen or anything although it's not clear what is private and what is not. There were nicer rooms that were empty but we weren't allowed to change even though one of the empty ones was the one in the photograph of the room we had actually booked. We were told that would be double the price! The bed sagged in the middle too and was not comfy.
