This unit is part of the quiet and safe Jameson Woods condominium complex, which DOES NOT ALLOW PETS of any kind, unfortunately. With two bedrooms, and their own respective bathrooms, this property is fantastic for roommates, graduate students (UNE, USM), a young family with children, as well as local professionals. During summer months it's a festive vacation spot for a long term renter (30 night stay minimum) with a vibrant tourism scene and beautiful beaches. It is less than a mile from the highway with easy access to Portland and surrounding areas, including Route 1, and Biddeford/Saco. It is also minutes from the Amtrak Downeaster train service to Boston.
