Positive: A very well kept traditional cottage. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable,with a twin room and a dble.We felt the bathroom was a bit tired but was clean and hot water was plentiful.The cottage was only set up for 2 people, But the booking was for 4 people. This was soon rectified by calling the caretaker Tracey. She was very apologetic and said her booking showed only 2 people staying. We soon had extra bedding and towels to cater for us all. Thankyou Tracey. The cottage is set behind The Quarryman pub, with about a dozen traditional miners cottages. A very busy pub and recommend booking for a table Very good food.

Negative: Instructions on the oven would off been handy .

Summary: Comfortable stay in a good location for the Royal Cornwall Show.
