• QUIET HOURS: Soundproofing has been installed in doors, ceilings and floors, but some noise transfers so quiet hours are 10pm – 8am.
• SHARED CENTRAL AIR: The upstairs and basement apartment are on the same thermostat. Both bedrooms and the living room have a ceiling fan for additional cooling. There are space heaters in the bedrooms and an electric fireplace in the living room for additional heating. The basement is well insulated against both the summer heat and winter cold.
