Suitable for 1 - 4 guests, the 820sf suite's private entrance with keyless entry leads to a soundproofed open concept main living space.

The AM/PM bar is perfect for Coffee & Wine lovers and boasts an Italian espresso / latte machine and high end wine fridge.
This is a pet friendly unit. However the backyard is for owner use only.
Wintertime guests can stay cozy while using the baseboard heating and the living room fireplace. And summertime guests will stay cool because the suite is laid with a concrete foundation & has a fan provided.
Complimentary Wifi, and access to Cable, Netflix & Disney + is included with the 65" smart TV.
If you plan to work from home while here, there is a large sturdy wooden office desk with an adjustable ergonomic chair to allow you to work in comfort.
Upstairs is a family of 3 with a labradoodle. You can expect to hear general muffled family noises between the hours of 7am - 8pm. The backyard is for owner use only.
There is a clinic on the main floor called Heart in Hands Registered Massage Therapy that you may book in to with advance notice.
There is no transit within the borders of our neighbourhood. So please consider having a vehicle during your stay.
Access to the suite involves 1 flight of stairs.
