Located one block to the north is Grand Traverse West Bay and a short drive to many options for daily adventures. We are centered between the best shopping and restaurants TC has to offer. We can’t wait to host you!
The Space:
Our brand new luxury apartment provides a clean, comfortable, and private space for you to enjoy the very best of downtown TC! This unit provides you the space to relax after your long day of adventures in Northern Michigan.
As you walk into the building, you will take a stairway (the door between unit 102 and 103) up to the third floor to find your unit door. Our apartment includes a full kitchen, including a single cup Keurig with coffee essentials. The kitchen includes a seated bar area to enjoy your meals at. All bedrooms and bathrooms are made up with fresh linens for your stay. The pull out couches will have spare bedding available in the storage closets for your convenience.

Common Area- 1 Sleeper Sofa
Each apartment has a lot of extra storage space throughout the unit as well as a private full size washer and dryer. Your stay will include a few essentials for a short term stay including: bathroom soaps, dish soaps, laundry soaps. Please be aware of these items placed inside the unit for your safety.
Our space offers high speed wifi internet and Roku TV’s for you to login to your preferred personal streaming platform so you can catch up on all your favorite shows.
