The very private resort-style yard is walled and gated for privacy and features a large pool surrounded by lounge chairs, patio cover, fire pit, bocce ball court, yard games, BBQ, and a spectacular desert mural painted on the fire pit wall. Oh, and there're some pretty amazing Mountain View's from your backyard oasis as well!!
The interior has been completely updated to reflect the life of desert living - relaxed and fun. Gorgeous in its simplicity, you'll find clean lines, an open concept floor plan and plenty of glass windows and doors that let the Palm Springs sunshine pour in as it reveals the sun-drenched private outdoor pool oasis.
Located close to downtown Palm Springs, this home has been completely updated for the way we live today. The open concept floor plan provides enough space for your entire group of 8 to spread out and enjoy. It has all the appointments you would want from a vacation rental home; including an updated kitchen, foosball game table, gorgeous outdoor fire pit, high-speed internet, comfortable sleeping quarters and decor that screams we`re in Palm Springs, and vacationing in style!
This completely walled compound is for your privacy, the lovely outdoor setting features a large pool, lounge chairs, conversational seating, fire pit, mountain views, patio cover, outdoor dining, yard games, BBQ grill, outdoor lighting, and a fun bocce ball court. The best part is the truly how big this backyard oasis is - it allows everyone to spread out and enjoy different areas from sunrise to sunset. Plenty of photo opportunities await you here! It has all the amenities you want on vacation - it's the perfect place for living the Palm Springs Lifestyle!
Each of the three dedicated guest bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, televisions, ceiling fans, and ample storage. The Primary Suite has a King bed, en-suite bath, and lots of room to stretch. The three dedicated guest rooms are located outside the Primary and share the hallway bathroom.
Located on a quiet residential neighborhood you'll be a just a short 3.0 mile drive from downtown Palm Springs and all the restaurants, shops, boutiques, galleries, the casino, convention center, cabarets, and all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close by.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quite hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

Summary: This house was clean and the size of the pool/yard and all of the outdoor games were great. Location was convenient to downtown and quiet. The amenities were lacking for the pricing of the home (more on this below) and communication with the property management company was ok but impersonal. It is definitely different than when booking with an owner. I asked some questions after booking, about heating the pool and spa and the property manager answered incorrectly that they could heat the spa and that they charged me to do so. Only thing is, there is no actual hot tub at this property. I was confusing it with another listing I had looked at and if I had been alerted to/realized this earlier, instead of having the spa heating "confirmed" by the company, I would have canceled the reservation to pick a house with a spa. On amenities- some very simple things could have been included to make a more hospitable stay. No shampoo or conditioner was provided, there wasn't a baking tray, foil, or coffee mugs, the cupboards and fridge were completely empty (one of the reasons I book houses to travel with a kitchen is to cook and it is nice if some basic non-perishable things like mustard and olive oil are onsite). No dressers, hangers or luggage stands so your clothes could only be in the suitcase or on the floor, & the dishwasher was broken so we had to handwash dishes. Pack and play cost $50 additional to rent. Glass coffee table was a hazard for kids. Overall, a better fit for adults.
