Positive: Great location. House is I a cul-de-sac and private. Boat dock access was great and very close to the nearest boat ramp.
Negative: Property was not clean upon arrival. Lots of spider webs. - Deck railing was missing a few Balusters leaving large holes. If traveling with kids, this can be very dangerous. - door handle leading from the deck to the dining room is not secured and kept coming off. - main floor bathroom drop ceiling had multiple stains with some panels warping. I don’t believe having a drop ceiling in a bathroom is a good idea - Upstairs bathroom is not well designed. There’s no enclosure or barriers to keep the water off the bathroom floor when taking a shower. The water spills everywhere and then sips into the master bedroom floor. - the basement door leading to the outside was locked so there’s no access to the outside from the basement where the 5th bedroom is.
Summary: Good location but the house needs a little TLC
