Summary: The beds and pillows were comfortable and I'm glad they had waffles available to make for breakfast. However, the room definitely had some cobwebs, chipped paint, and furniture stains. I had to get my room key reprogrammed 3x while we were there and there was NEVER a person at the desk. I had to call out or knock on the window each time. The pool could've been a bit warmer and there was a huge chip in one spot that my daughter almost cut her foot on. They ran out of all but cranberry juice one morning and the person on staff said they had no idea how to fill it and it would be done by the manager in 30 minutes. An hour later- still no juice. While this hotel was conveniently located I will pay the extra $10 next time to have better everything.per night next time to stay time i assistance.
