Negative: Could have been way cleaner! I personally bought cleaning products to clean the tub & shower because it was disgusting & had visible dirt/debris & other peoples hair. Multiple “clean” towels were dirty with visible black stuff on them and once again, someone else’s hair. Also, a drink was spilled on the comforter & they refused to give us a new one.
