Positive: The location is great. Very convenient for the conference I attended & the rooftop pool& spa was lovely to come back to at the end of the day.
Negative: The flexipass app was annoying, didn't work properly on my phone in the elevator. Assistance was only a phone call away & I swapped to a pin which was way better.
