Located on the second floor, this two-bedroom ocean view condo is an ideal vacation accommodation that can comfortably sleep up to 4 people with a King bed, and two twin beds. There is no elevator, but it is only 2 small flights of stairs to the front door!
This condo has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer/dryer for your convenience. A round dining table with 4 chairs makes for a social yet relaxing dinning experience and the comfortable living room is where you can talk about your days adventures! Make this your home-away-from-home where you can relax yet remain connected to reality with free wireless internet and local calls. For your entertainment, cable television is provided in the main living room and in the Master Bedroom, plus there is a tennis/pickleball court on the complex, a cosy gym with a few machines and free-weights, plus two complex gas BBQs for you to grill up a delicious lunch or dinner!
Enjoy the company of your loved ones while enjoying views of the Caribbean Sea from your private screened in patio, taking a dip in one of two swimming pools or partake in a short leisurely stroll to the world famous Seven Mile Beach.
Whereas storms over the past two years have significantly reduced the size of the beach, stairs from the pool deck offer easy access to swimming in the sea directly in front of Regal Beach Club. Depending on winds and tides on any given day, beach lounging may be limited.
However, Regal Beach Club only gets better! Youโre conveniently within walking distance of many restaurants/bars, a yoga studio, spas, coffee shops and ATM. Also, there are great water sports next door at the Marriott hotel, which by the way has amazing afternoon teas and Sunday brunches. There is also the stunning Camana Bay which boasts a lively waterfront complex where you can satisfy your foodie cravings, browse the boutiques, shop for all things local and explore the weekly Farmers and Artisans Market (every Wednesday), as well as a 10 screen Movie Theatre.
