Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The interior is luxurious and there are more facilities than a normal apartment eg dryer, ice maker, coffee machine, air conditioner. Fast internet. The owner was quick to respond when there was little toilet paper.

Negative: 1. There are several insects, including spiders, flies, and slugs, around the house, with spiders occasionally found on the bed. Damp was found on the wall. 2. Communication with the landlord has been challenging. For example, we waited an hour to obtain the keys, and some prior messages went unanswered. The owner said he was on a holiday. The landlord was apologetic and said it was the first time it happened. 3. There is a pothole in the garden that has been covered with a mat, which could pose a safety concern. One of us has sustained an injury by tripping onto the pothole. 4. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, with some rubbish left behind. 5. We do not recommend the place for non spanish speakers. It was our fault that we didn't check the place doesn't speak English which could have led to some of the communication issues.
