Positive: We had a lovely stay at Rekawa Turtle Gate. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach and ideal if you want to see the turtles. We bought tickets for the night tour to see the nesting turtles lay their eggs! The owner's son was incredibly helpful and advised us on the best time to go, making sure we had a great experience. The hotel was clean, with hot water and a lovely outdoor area with loungers and a table where we could relax. The family were warm, welcoming and always happy to help. They asked us what we would like for breakfast each morning, which was delicious, and we also enjoyed snacks and evening meals there during our stay. They told us about a local village festival and kindly took us along, which was a really enjoyable and memorable experience. They also arranged tuk-tuks for us whenever needed. A wonderful, welcoming family and a great place to stay, especially if seeing the turtles is on your list. We would happily recommend Rekawa Turtle Gate!
