Summary: In the heart of Westlake Village, five minutes walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants, and shops, and right next to a beautiful green space is this 3,000 sq foot 5-bedroom designer home that was completely remodeled last year. Features include warm dark hardwood floors throughout, fabulous furnishings, an open plan layout with an enormous kitchen, an 85-inch Samsung TV, vaulted ceilings upstairs and downstairs, an entertainer's backyard with beach sand around a wood-fire BBQ pit below the stars, an indoor and an under porch fireplace, and a protected patio with a dining area brightly bathed in bistro lights for a taverna-like experience. The hidden jewel of the house is a Master Bathroom with a steam sauna designed to provide a hamam-like Spa experience every day at the touch of a button. There is one huge master bedroom with a King bed, sofa, and chairs, 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each, and two bedrooms with full beds in each (one has a twin too). Queen bedrooms are on the ground floor.
Location: The house is situated in the Westlake Hills North Ranch neighborhood centered around a huge open green space with extensive grass areas, children's outdoor play areas, and custom pathways. A short walk of 5 minutes takes you to Thousand Oaks Blvd where a large drive through Starbucks awaits. Lots of great shops and restaurants are found within 15 minutes WALKING distance north along TO Blvd to Westlake Blvd including a large Barnes & Noble, Cinepolis luxury dine-in movie theatre, Sprinkles Cupcakes, and scores of restaurants. South along TO Blvd leads to the Civic Arts Plaza, more malls, Mastros, pubs, and shops. All within a 25-minute walk. Westlake is a safe neighborhood.

- Smoking prohibited indoors & outdoors- $250 fine for smoking
- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
- $200 extra charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
-Parking is in the driveway with plenty of space for 2 cars. Street parking is plentiful and free no limits.

Summary: Sanje was an amazing host and ensured we well taken care of. He was very proactive in his communication. The multiple fire pits were great and our kids enjoyed. The kitchen was fully equipped for our stay during Thanksgiving week. We hosted our family in the area and it all went very well! The TV was great for movies and the living room was cozy and inviting. The house was decorated for Christmas and was very welcoming. We used all of the bedrooms and found all the beds to be comfortable. The steam shower in the master was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed! Sanje, was extremely accommodating for our 10 month old as he purchased a high chair and baby cot for us. It was very thoughtful! The location is excellent. It’s in a great neighborhood with a park walking distance and there are multiple grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes driving distance of the house. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.
