Renovated house for up to 6 people located in Saint Laurent de la Salanque (5 km from the Mediterranean Sea) in a quiet area and close to all shops with WIFI, private garage, outdoor courtyard, barbecue.
The house is ideal for a family holiday on the shores of the Mediterranean.
The sea (nearest beach located in Barcarès) is less than 10 minutes by car. It is also possible to get there by bike on the Agly greenway (about 20 minutes).
The house is a 2 sided upstairs with on the ground floor a large garage of about 50 m2, washing machine, a small outdoor courtyard (in gravel) with a barbecue, staircase leading to the living area.
On the 1st floor (about 65 m2), you will find the living area including:

- 2 bedrooms with 140 x 190 bed, Storage cupboard, bedside tables
- 1 Bathroom with WC, Shower, Bathroom furniture.
- 1 Living room with convertible sofa bed, TV.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher…
The living area, on the 1st floor, was completely renovated and finished in December 2018.
You will also be able to walk (less than 5 minutes) to stroll in a typical southern Catalan market (Thursday and Sunday mornings).
For windsurfers, the possibility of entering a trailer and the car in the garage can be a bonus.
