Access to the loft by an external staircase. Large living room open to the living/dining room and fully equipped modern kitchen. Laundry area. Bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub. Separate toilet. 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 180X200 cm each. 2 "pull-out" beds in the living room (ideal for children) with very good quality mattresses. 2 extra beds on request.
