All rooms have spectacular views across the snow-capped Apennine Mountain range and green velvet valleys. Guests can sit on the numerous balconies and terraces to relax in total peace and tranquility enjoying the constantly changing scenery. This beautifully restored farmhouse with its own private swimming pool , is just 40 minutes drive from golden beaches and turquoise waters of the Adriatic Sea. The national parks of the Gran Sasso (Italyโs largest) and the Majella are close by, making La Casa Rosa an ideal location for nature enthusiasts, bike riders, walkers, painters, skiers , adrenaline junkies and beach lovers alike. We even have a yoga teacher and masseuse who can come to the villa to teach classes of all levels. A beautifully restored farmhouse. The accommodation consists of 5 spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms one of which is ensuite.
The house is ideal for families or large groups and can accommodate up to 12 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, fan oven and gas hob. The kitchen table can be extended to accomodate up to 10 people.
