Positive: Beautiful room with great balcony and views!

Negative: The staff person that received us when we first arrived at 2:30 PM on Saturday took all my information but told us there were no rooms available. She said she would text me when it was ready. I never got a text. I messaged through Booking.com and called and left a message asking for someone to let us know if our room was ready. We never heard from anyone. We arrived at 1:00 AM hoping to walk up and grab our key as we were exhausted. We had to start the check in process all over again. The lady that helped us at 1:00 AM apologized and was wonderful but it appears that the girl that first received us did nothing when we walked off.

Summary: Need better staff but loved the room.
