Positive: I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast provided was high quality and a great start to the day. Overall, I found the stay to be excellent value for money. While the facilities met my expectations, I believe there is an opportunity for the management team to enhance the guest experience by focusing more on hospitality and personalized service
