Positive: Stunning location and large, beautiful garden. Just a short walk down to the nicest beaches you can imagine. Large appartment with fantastic view.

Negative: It is a little worn down, with some limitations on power supply etc. You have to be told to switch from hot water tank to dishwasher for this reason.
