Positive: I adore my stay at Rose Cottage, inside & outside incredibly beautiful. Super clean & tidy & a well equipped kitchen including a really generous family size fridge & freezer which is unusual in holiday accommodation. This was perfect as myself & a friend were on a course for the week so was able to meal prep with ease. Rebecca was very helpful when I contacted her before arrival & completely let us get on with it once we arrived. We loved the animal visitors that belong to Rebecca & Oliver. The garden is absolutely magical. With different area's to sit, eat & enjoy. If you have children & they love Fairies & all things elemental...or if you, like me love that...you will be in for a huge treat. The beds are super comfortable. As the driver my friend had the double room & I had the twin room. It's been a while since I slept in a single bed but it was so comfortable. The bedding is really comfortable too. I would definitely love to return & perhaps when not on a course so I can enjoy it even more. It is a re retreat space ✨️

Negative: Truly nothing I didn't like, the only thing I would say if you are less able bodied then carrying heavier luggage from the parking space to the cottage may feel challenging. It is a short distance. That said, there is two entrances to the cottage. I intuitively used the first one that has fewer steps but the sign for Rose Cottage entrance leads via the more challenging gravel steps. Or of course pack less. My case was heavy but wasn't a problem just a bit of a work out. It certainly wouldn't put me off but as a heads up for anyone with mobility or back issues.
