Positive: It was an unforgettable experience. The staff really went above and beyond to help me. I had to cancel the trip twice because I was not feeling well, and they kindly rescheduled it for me both times. I truly appreciate their understanding, flexibility, and effort. Everything was excellent, and the service was outstanding.
Negative: If I had to mention one small detail, it would be that the room felt a little less ventilated than expected at times, but overall the experience was truly excellent.
