Positive: It was wonderful from the begging till the end. The staff was so friendly and caring. We managed to communicate in Japanese and English. The food was fenomenal, we had such a wonderful dinner and an amazing breakfast. The private onsen was a really worth it experience. The ryokan is beautiful. The provided us nice yukata and all toiletries. We could choose to have an all you can drink menu or just pay for what we consumed. We really enjoyed it. We had to leave in a rush in the morning after breakfast to take the bus back to the city and forgot a shirt in the room, they drove very quickly after we left to the bus stop to bring it to us, it was so thoughtful, we will never forget the kind gesture.
