Positive: The staff were exceptional in hospitality, the rooms were clean, room space adequate ,at sixth floor very quiet, location was perfect just 2mins to gopuram gate The room lighting air conditioning and fan were great Staff were humble very polite and very helpful at all stages and time. Any needs immediately attended too. My special thanks to Mr Venkat,Rajkumar and Srinivasulu .despite our arrival well past midnite the staff were waiting for our arrival. The floor attendants nandtappa and Prasad and the night staff who handled our luggage were simply great. My gratitude to all the staff
Negative: The lift is quite slow but still an asset for higher floors The bathroom had an stale odour , some fragrance wd he useful Nothing negative to complain at all
