Our pool has a solar heater. Generally, the pool will not be more than 20 degrees or so warmer than the ambient outdoor temperature at night. If the ambient outdoor temperature at night is in the 40's, the pool water when heated will likely be around 60-65 degrees. This helps to make the pool swimmable, rather than freezing cold.
-Parking in driveway for 6 max. Street parking: No
-Please note there are 4 exterior facing cameras at the front doorbell ring camera, top of garage, right side of driveway, and right side of house facing gate entrance.
We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
