Negative: Room not cleaned before arrival time. Didn’t get ready till hour later. Cleaning staff unable to communicate made it challenging and they had a child try to translate. No one let us know elevator broke to 3rd floor. I’m recovering from foot fracture & my sister has asthma which limited our leisure time due to steps vs elevator. Extremely dissatisfied with lack of help or communication. Will never rent from this place again. Multiple things damaged or not working in unit.

Summary: Never stay at location again. Called cops twice between 2-3AM to quiet noise in parking area.
