UPDATED, Condo that sleeps 4, steps across the yard to the famous Sapphire Beach.
Our unit features a private King bedroom ensuite with walkin glass shower. We have a second full bath. Sunroom with windows looking out to the beach that has multi sleeping options for guest.
The sunroom has a curtain that can be drawn for privacy for an additional sleeping space. This space has the option of a twin comfy daybed, or this daybed can be extended to make an additional king size bed. There is also a sofa, the kiddos could sleep on in the sunroom. There is plenty of seating, leather sofa with recliners and a rocking recliner and additional living room chairs. I have stocked our kitchen with plenty of everything for your choice of cooking. We have stainless appliances, coffee bar with a keurig single cup and a 12 cup pot for your pleasure. Kitchen island with seating for 4 and plenty of prep space on the other side, so the family can sit around the table and cook at the same time.
The complex has a private pool and tennis courts for your enjoyment. Our Sapphire Gem is just steps from the beach, provided free of charge are chairs and loungers for your use. Located on Sapphire Beach is the Beach Bar, great drinks, burgers, tacos and more, Paradise Pie, the best pizzas, The Beach Buzz, for all your coffee needs, ice cream needs and more. The taxi stand is next door. Red Hook is a half a mile away. If you don't want to leave we have you covered with fun, water activities, food and drinks. The ferry is a mile away, easy to catch and go the St John. The Marina is next to Ferry with a lot of charter excursion options. There is a good grocery store in Red Hook also. We you dont want to go grocery shopping, We can hook you up with a provision company and your frig will be stocked when you get here.

Summary: Sapphire Bay was a beautiful beach and bay. The condo was just steps from the water. The front of the property is nice. The backside will fool you. The parking lot could use some attention. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and BRIGHT!!! This was the only downside of the condo. I recommend the owner use room darkening curtains in the sunroom for use of the king guest bed. If renter wants to open them for light they can! You cannot sleep in full day light from 5 am on in that room. A couple of complimentary items were forgotten BUT that did not affect our stay. There were chairs free on beach, snorkel gear, totes, coolers, and bug spray in the closet for use. The beds were very comfortable (9/10) and the linen provided was acceptable. Washer and dryer was new and easy to use. Two bathrooms nicely decorated and updated as well. I would stay again with the understanding of blackout curtains would be provided for the sunroom! Hope to visit here in the future. I would also update the book to have a checklist for checkout information all together. This condo is a very short distance into the main downtown hub area for food and nightlife, where we spent each night.
