Summary: Very basic hotel, great for a good sleep if you plan to be out all day. Person communicating via APP is polite and responds quickly. There was no staff present at check in/out which made things difficult. As others mentioned: there is no hot water on par with North American standards and the linens are basic with no extras. My room had blinds that did not work well, causing a view from either side of the window.
