Welcome to the Costa del Sol and this newly renovated house with a private heated pool and sea views.
The villa is located in La Capelliana, between Fuengirola and Benalmadena, which is a quiet and safe residential area within walking distance to the beach and Fuengirola's 8km long promenade. It is 950m to the beach from the house and about 1200m to the nearest supermarket, cafe and restaurants.
1300m away is the center of El Higueron with several restaurants, shops and Carrefour which is a well stocked grocery store.
Nearby there are plenty of activities for all ages such as Paddle, Volleyball, Spa and relax in the Hilton Hotel in El Higueron, Holiday World beach club, paddle surfing and much more.
When you step in through the door, you are greeted by an airy hall and a large and bright living room with a fireplace, smart TV with a wide range of TV channels and 2 comfortable sofa beds. From the living room you come out to the cozy terrace and garden. The kitchen is completely newly renovated and fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and much more. There is also a dining area for up to 5 people indoors and also a dining area on the terrace outside.
Master bedroom upstairs has a large double bed and a private bathroom with bath and shower, here you also come out on the cozy terrace with sea views and sun all day. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. There is a shared bathroom with shower also upstairs and at the entrance.
The pool is newly renovated and can be heated at an additional cost (30 € per day)
The house is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, dishwasher and washing machine, WIFI, smart TV, kettle and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia, the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.
