The Space:

Featuring four beautiful bedrooms, this split level home was designed with family in mind and will be quick to become your next home away from home. Whether you choose to go for a dip in the ocean directly opposite the home or practice your freestyle swimming in the sparkling lap pool, this home has it all!

The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is spacious and well-equipped to accommodate large families or groups of friends. Illuminated by natural light, floor to ceiling glass windows welcome the sound of crashing waves and beautiful sea breezes. Featured throughout the home, a seamless transition is achieved by these windows to invite the beauty of the outdoors inside. Relax into the large, comfortable couch in the spacious living room or master your culinary skills in the kitchen and cook up a storm. Equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, this kitchen features island bench seating and a serving window for convenience. Overlooking the lavish lap pool, this living space extends out to an alfresco outdoor area complete with dining table and room to relax and soak up the serenity of Shelly Beach.
There is a also separate living space complete with a cosy couch, a smart TV and a piano for those who are musically inclined.

The configuration of the four beautiful bedrooms and the bathrooms are as follows.

Bedroom one (Master Bedroom):
This room is on level 3 and is complete with a comfortable king bed, air-conditioning, an ensuite bathroom and floor to ceiling windows that let in the spectacular sights and sounds of Shelly Beach. This room also has its very own private patio that serves as a great spot to sit back and sip on your morning coffee.

Bedroom two:
The second bedroom is furnished beautifully and features a plush king-sized bed on level 3.

Bedroom three:
Located on the ground floor, this room is equipped with another king bed.

Bedroom four:
The final bedroom is also on the third level and features three single beds.

Bathroom one (ensuite):
Complete with a spacious, double modern shower, this ensuite is large and features a double vanity and toilet.

Bathroom two:
The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity, bathtub and a powder room on the second floor.

Powder room:
This half-bathroom features a toilet and sink on the ground floor.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. There is space to park two cars in the double garage, two spaces to park in the drive way and there is also free street parking available.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the foreshore of Shelly Beach, the home is just steps away from the sand. The closest patrolled beach is Kings and Dicky Beach which are both a short drive away. The home is located within walking distance to Moffat Beach where there is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema, boat ramp and skateparks all within close proximity. Shelly Beach is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of walking and cycling tracks.

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, the home is approximately a 8-minute walk to Edmund Street (corner of Russell St) where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*Please note that there is another Airbnb studio located on the property. The yard pertaining to this home is shared with this studio. This studio has its own entrance and does not have access to the lap pool.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
