A very quiet neighborhood with the beach literally across the street. The property is enclosed with luscious gardens.
This is an environmentally friendly property. All the electricity is powered by the sun. There is a backup generator that keeps your gagets running if there is a power outage. There is also a filtered watertank that stores water for 2 weeks in case there is a water shutdown on the island. I harvest water for the plants for my luscious gardens, fruit trees, vegetable and herbal gardens.
The space layout is simple, clean and modern. You will enter an enclosed patio with 2 chairs and a table. You can relax in your living space. There is bar style dining. A fully equipped kitchen - stove, fridge, microwave and utensils. The bath is clean and bright. The queensized bed is comfortable with 4 pillows. There is a change of linens for 2 weeks - both towels and sheets. There is a safe for your valuables and your bedroom is locked. TV and AC is also in the bedroom. The laundry room is outside the apartment and is shared with guests from SilverDollar2. Line drying is next to the kitchen door and is not shared. Insect screens are at both doors and all windows. There are two beach chairs for use by guests.
