Summary: This is a very nice place to stay if you are on a budget. This is the best beach on Koh Phangan and they are right on it! No hot water for your shower, and no AC in the rooms but plenty of fans to keep you cool at night. Food is decent and the prices are good. Do yourself a favor and go!
