A second triple bedroom follows with direct access to the private and panoramic terrace (bed size: 160x200 cm or, on request, 2 single beds), while its bathroom with shower and toilet is located in the corridor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as American and espresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, induction hob, etc. The kitchen has direct access to the private terrace and the pool house equipped with refrigerator, barbecue, crockery, table, chairs and bathroom with toilet and shower. In the attic, on the second floor, there is a cozy double bedroom (bed size: 140x190 cm) with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower. The private saltwater infinity pool measures 14 m x 3.5 m; depth 1.10 m. For safety reasons, children should not be left alone in the pool and outside.
