Summary: I cannot understand the high ratings for this hotel. 1. When we arrived a light fixture near the bed was hanging off the wall with exposed wires. I reported it immediately and was told it would be fixed but it was never addressed. 2. Our family room for five people had two towels available. 3. The bathroom sink had tons of black mold in the bottom of the basin. 4. My mom’s room had black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. 5. One morning there was no hot water to shower. I was told unapologetically that the hotel had run out of gas for the hot water heater like it was an understandable issue. 6. There was no room servicing for the 3 nights we were there. Not even the tiny trash can for toilet paper was emptied (3 days x5 people made this problematic).
