The kitchen is stocked with new dishes and pans, sharp knives, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and all appliances. The beds are incredibly comfortable and covered with 1000-count Egyptian cotton sheets. HD TVs are in the living room, downstairs den, master bedroom, guest bedroom, kitchen, office, and back porch. You also have the fastest internet connection offered for high speed wi-fi. The home is particularly private with a fenced back yard surrounded by mature landscaping and trees. The back porch wraps around and can be a refuge for watching TV, or large enough to host a dinner party for 20. Enjoy the open formal living and dining room, or the cozy den, or the bright home office and library. The library is stocked with hundreds of books and thousands of CDs. The stereo system has Sonos, and speakers in the master bedroom, Guest bedroom, living room, and back porch. Downstairs is a family room with a TV. Plus, I always keep a pumped up basketball around for those impromptu pick up games in the driveway. The two car carport is perfect for keeping your car out of weather. Also in the back yard is a cutting garden so you can keep fresh flowers in the home at all times. My gardener comes every week to make sure the outside of the home is at it’s best for every season.
